Today I put together a 10-minute holiday meditation so you can hit the pause button and take a few minutes for yourself. If you need a sign this is IT! 


So get comfy and take full advantage of my relaxation techniques. During this meditation I'll take you into your body so you can get out of your head. We'll explore and notice what’s happening in your body, which will allow your nervous system to slow down and provide you with stress relief so you can be more present for your family.
