Hey there Freebirds. Today I have the honor of speaking with Falyn Morningstar. Falyn is an advocate and creator of the radiant balance system that we'll learn more about. And she's on a mission to empower women through the integration of Mindful Healing and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. Her approach to health and wellness is distinctly unconventional blending her proficiency and somatic practices meet meditation and Sonic therapies with a focus on movement, nutrition and laboratory testing. With this new holistic paradigm, she addresses both mental and physical aspects of health, guiding women on their journey to reclaim vitality and pleasure. Let's go Falyn. And I have to confess I was very intrigued by her unique healing approach. And I'm excited to learn more. So Falyn, thank you so much for being here.

I appreciate you having me today. Laurie, appreciate it.

Laurie James  
Yes. So can you start with telling our listeners a little bit more about your journey and how you became a holistic coach? 

Falyn Morningstar  
Absolutely. I feel like we could probably have the entire session with just the journey part but kind of the cliff notes version is I would say at 26, age 26. I was dealing with compounding health symptoms. And to give you an idea, it was insomnia, lightheadedness, with just walking very poor muscle recovery, the four days after I trained my back and it would still be tender. This chronic fatigue, right emotional eating to supplement from the poor sleep. So certainly like insulin resistance was a factor there and irregular menstrual cycle. I mean, it just kept going right? And it wasn't until I felt the lightheadedness with walking that I felt like wow, I need to get some help here. Because otherwise like I could still function okay, it was kind of like I was hiding behind a closet door of pain right? You know, it's like kind of like a you don't want to face reality of what it is right now until like that click where happened with the lightheadedness with walking so I scheduled an appointment with my family physician. They had ran just traditional bloodwork and nothing came up as a red flag here. I had described my symptoms however, I didn't have language around holistic anything. So I just named off everything that I just said here. And I said I think it's my hormones. I have no idea. So unfortunately from my outside appearance, honestly he said well, you look okay, on the outside, you look much better than the majority of the people around here. And that is just disheartening, right? Because it's not really helping you with the answers. So I had then went to my gynecologist, and you know, I have gone yearly ever since I've been 16 Just for a checkup. And so I had been on the hormonal birth control pill since age 16. And so coming around to age 26, I had learned about a lot of the health decline of using the birth control pill using this synthetic estrogen that's coming in this pill that's disconnecting you from your head with your ovaries, and just impacting your liver causing mineral deficiencies. I learned all of that, you know, decade later. And so even at the time, I was learning about the menstrual cycle too. How the pill is supposed to prevent pregnancy. But yeah, it's used for acne, or it's used for to control and manage your cycle, right? It's just nonsense. And I stopped taking the pill because I wasn't even sexually active. And I learned that I couldn't get pregnant in majority of the month, just a small window. So I described not all of that to the gynecologist, but I said I stopped taking it. And again, unfortunately, she was like, 'Well, what are the contraceptive? Would you like to try and I said nine like, I would like to just try to be natural.' And that was the last day I saw that we'll get it. And I have been seeing her since I've been 16. Right. So anyway, it was kind of like the Western medicine really failed to help me and deal with what was happening. So I shifted the gears, thankfully, I knew somebody in the functional health space, it was specifically the company called Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. And so my friend was actually going through some lab testing. And I as your you might see in like my bio, I do have like an environmental engineering background, I have a business background. So I am science driven, for sure. And so when my friend was like I'm doing these tests, I was like, please tell me more, because I would love to maybe do them on myself. So things like a food sensitivity test, or for hormone panel and a stool panel to look at parasites, yeast, fungus, immune health, the whole gamut. So I went that direction. And I was profoundly surprised. And it was almost like my nervous system was like, I'm not crazy. In my mind, there are very clinical correlation between my symptoms, and what's showing up on the test. Meaning there's areas where we can heal areas where we can improve. So for the next six months, I went through kind of a pretty old, fairly big lifestyle shift, I was already kind of eating healthy. But I learned more about soy and gluten and processed dairy and that whole thing. So I shifted my sleep hygiene as well, because I wasn't getting enough recovery or wasn't winding down, learned about light exposure. So all of these things, the lifestyle is what got me in the predicament in the first place. So the lifestyle really needed to change, in addition to natural supplementation, so maybe a 30 or 60 Day protocol, depending on how my stool sample or my hormones showed up to really bring the body back into center. So honestly, I fell in love with the information that after the six months because I felt that much better. My cycle was coming back, I decided to go through that same program. So with Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. 

Laurie James  
And I think that's the piece that our medical industry is missing. Because insurance doesn't cover this. And you know, they don't think it's important. But they're missing the fact that going back to what you said at the beginning, your insides were showing up very differently than your outsides. Right, you were presenting a certain way. But inside you knew that your whole system was off. And I don't think that Western medicine always has the diagnostics and the tools to really address those issues. And I was in the same boat. I mean, I'm much older than you but that's what happened to me too. After a very stressful period of time in my life, which I wrote about my book and I've talked about on my podcast several times. But your body keeps the score, your body will get out of balance, homeostasis, hormones asleep, all of that our nervous system. Right. So can you tell us a little bit more about what a functional health practitioner does?

Speaker 1  
Absolutely, great question. So it's really, you can term it as Eastern medicine or integrative or functional, you know, those terms are really to help us conceptualize bringing the body into one whole system, right? So the head with the gut, even the toes with the heart, right? So it's all interconnected. And we have to look at the entire thing to see what's gone wrong, you know, what is the kind of the root cause of what's happening rather than trying to take chase. Lightheadedness while walking, bloating, right? It's digestive issues, right? So it's taking just the whole body into account.

Laurie James  
Yeah, I love that. And I think also Western medicine. It's gotten so niche that you go to the OBGYN for certain things, and you go to your internist, and then you go to your cardiologist, and they just look at those particular parts within you without looking at you as a whole. 

Falyn Morningstar  
Yep. And it's so frustrating. 

Laurie James  
Yeah, it is frustrating. And I think it's so important for us to continue to share the importance of looking at ourselves as a whole, instead of just one part of us. 

Falyn Morningstar  
Right. Even just like a small tidbit, I know that we had to reschedule this episode to now because of my grandmother and her health concerns. And that is what even makes me more passionate about educating people on how to not be in the hospital, like, have your gallbladder removed, and then going septic. I mean, she's in her 80s yes, but it's like my partner, and I had to be by her side had to keep asking the doctors these questions, because it's almost like, we're the interpreter for the family, right of seeing, like, let's go along, because I have no idea what to ask. And it was just very frustrating to see her go through that process. She was in there for three weeks just for a gallbladder removal, which if I had to decide, I would have said don't do. But certainly it's hard at that age to make really big changes of habits and whatnot. But it is truly frustrating. And I think it is a type of sick care model. It is a money making model. And I think over time, one person by one person, we are spreading awareness around you're either paying now or you're paying later.

Laurie James  
Mm hmm.

Falyn Morningstar  
What do you want to choose? I prefer the proactive approach. 

Laurie James  
I've done the reactive approach, and it didn't work so well for me. And you have to, which is why I wanted to have this conversation with you. Because that doesn't work. And it didn't serve either of us. But I think it catapulted both of us into what we're currently doing together now. I mean, separately, but on our own personal journeys, for sure. So how do you approach things differently as a holistic coach than, say other holistic coaches? 

Falyn Morningstar  
Yeah, great question. So we approach to health and kind of five pillars. So it's called the dress for health success. So we're talking about diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and supplementation. And so kind of the umbrella on top of that are these functional lab tests. And I think that's the really pivotal part that makes us unique, is that we as practitioners have the ability to even order them safely through doctors that are affiliated with the company, this medical director program, which we like to call it. So we have the authority to do that. And these kits are drop shipped to your home, the practitioner support you in doing the analysis correctly, like making sure that the sample is appropriate and sent to the lab correctly. So no investment is lost or redoing, etc. So the results are actually sent to the practitioner, and then we are analyzing them. And depending on the complexity of the test, we actually have clinical advisor consults with folks that have looked at 1000s of these particular labs. And so it's really helping to support you as the client, knowing that it's not just one person, there's multiple eyes, there's a lot of experience that goes into supporting you, not just the paper, but also looking at your case and and doing it that way. So besides the dress for health success, and the lab testing, I think what makes me as a practitioner, even more unique is that the stress reduction piece is I'm incorporating three different things. We're doing meditation, we're doing Somatic Experiencing exercises, and we're also using frequency minded music with listening to smile, to really help regulate the nervous system and bring yourself back into this state of safety. 

Laurie James  
I love that piece. So can you tell us a little bit more about what that might look like with somebody that you would work with?

Speaker 1  
Absolutely. So, depending on the size of the package, let's just take successions, for example, or even 12. Right? We're strategically talking about diet, maybe we're doing the testing of the food sensitivity test to help guide us on what foods are agreeing with your immune system and which are not currently. And then we're addressing diet, you know, what is the best sleep hygiene routine for you? How can we optimize that because it's pivotal, right? Between 10pm and 2am. We're really working on that physical repair between 2am and 6am. We're working on more of the neural the psychological repair. So if you're kind of cutting into any of these times, or you're waking up at these times, like throughout the night two or 3am, you're really cutting into the time of which your body needs to repair, right?

Laurie James  
Mm hmm.

Speaker 1  
We're talking about that. We're talking about how these screens how blue light exposure can really damage our hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis, how it damages our melatonin release in the in the nighttime, right?

Laurie James  
I've definitely felt that yes, the more I've been on a computer, there are times it's like, Okay, I just need to get away from this. And I need to get out into nature. You know, we're so tied to this now. And you know, for, for better or worse, I think COVID kind of catapulted us into this. And in some ways, it's made this more possible and connecting with people more possible. But I think, yeah, there are some side effects to it, for sure.

Speaker 1  
Totally. And I even had a huge benefit that I noticed getting my menstrual cycle back with getting that morning sunlight. First thing in my eyes and my naked eyes, no context, no glasses, just suddenly doing that that was really remarkable.

Laurie James  
Yes, I highly recommend that is, you know, getting out every morning, there's a research and study that shows how important that is, to our bodies and to our rhythm.

Speaker 1  
So we're kind of working on more of the for lack of a better phrase is like, we're kind of having a relief phase for you. So we're correcting what's off, we want to get you relief, most of the time people come to me and they're kind of at their wit's end, they've already tried multiple things. Usually anxiety is involved, fatigue is involved. And so we want to have relief right off the bat. And I think with the food adjustments, that usually provides major relief for people, and then we have kind of a correction phase. So more of the lifestyle shifts, more of the regulating of the nervous system. So maybe in one session, we're talking about diet, and rest, or even exercise, and then another session, we're using the sound, we're talking through that we're using somatic exercises. So these are all tools that I want to give the clients because I'm not always with them, right? We're not always with people. So I want you to use these outside of sessions start to create that mental habit of Oh, my gosh, I'm feeling overwhelmed. Let me pull out this, like push away type of somatic exercise to help regulate myself. So you know, the sessions look, probably half and half of more of the emotional body and then more of their physical body. 

Laurie James  
Right. But that's important. Those two, because as we said before, everything, we're all interlinked, and we're a whole body. And I know for me, you know, taking care, you know that sleep is so important, too, you know, and, like last night, I stayed up, I had to watch Sex in the City for the, you know, the umpteenth time again, and I had you know, there was like two episodes in though I had to finish the last one. I didn't get to sleep till 11:30, which is not like me, I'm usually asleep by about 10:30 Wake up about 6:30. It's kind of my, but I noticed the difference this morning, right? And just that little shift is huge if you pay attention, but I think our society is like, oh, you know, I remember my ex husband, one of the things he used to say when we were first together and maybe when we first met 'Oh, sleep when you're dead.' As my dad says, right? It's just like, what? Yeah, no, like sleep has always been super important to me. And sleep has always been important to my kids. And like, I made sure that they got their sleep because I wanted them to be happy, you know, and they were happier when they got a full night's sleep. It's like, okay, you can live that way and that probably should have been assigned. But anyways, that's neither here nor there. But you know, that's not a good approach of in our society. It's like burning the candle at both ends, working all day, working long hours, especially for the younger generation, and then going out and partying and then getting up and doing it all over again. It's like that wreaks havoc on our bodies on our nervous systems. You can't sustain that.

Speaker 1  
Yeah, and you know what I think the younger people, I kind of hit that wall at 26, because I was the person that was in a sorority would drink regularly and stay up overnighters to study blah, blah, blah. And it was almost like 26. So that stopping point for me, and I think the younger generations are, that's happening for them even sooner, because it's almost like generation after generation. Our mom gave us her microbiome, you know, in parents, you know what I'm saying? It's just kind of continuously degrading, degrading, and we don't have that stability. So I think taking a proactive approach is probably even more important for the generations coming up.

Laurie James  
Yeah. And do you also feel like, and we touched on this a little bit earlier, the fact that we're so attached to our computers and to our phones, that that also then plays into that generational passing it down generation after generation too?

Speaker 1  
Yeah, absolutely plays into our self worth plays into our body image, right, because we're really comparing ourselves to others and where they are, although we're seeing that highlight reel, I think it is very beneficial. But it could also be negative, it could be beneficial in the fact that you're using it for inspiration, or you're using it network, detrimental if you're using it to grade and say, I shouldn't be here by now, or, you know, I'm saying. 

Laurie James  
Right, or I didn't get invited to that party. So I'm gonna go on social media and look and see if Suzy and Jill are at that party and what they're posting on their stories or their feed, right of that night that I didn't get invited to which then how does that make you feel like shit, or the mom, and no people who have done this, who have looked at their friends, their kids friends pages, because if their child got left out, then you know, they look at their kids friends pages to see which then, you know, adds to their upset, which then they show up irregular when they're interacting with their kids. Yeah, you should be mad, or whatever it is, like-

Speaker 1  
Just such a negative feedback loop, you know, that started and even like the opening of the store of AI. So another whole thing to kind of talk about and explore, it's very interesting of how the world is really quickly shifting and how we have to adapt and really work to still build that one on one human connection with each other.

Laurie James  
Yeah, yeah, I remember, just recently, in beginning of June, I had a couple of really busy weeks, I've been traveling a lot doing some training and various things. And I had pushed myself too far. And I'd also done a big piece of healing with my Somatic Experiencing practitioner my own and through the training. And I didn't give myself enough time to downregulate. I got this really bad headache for two days. And I headed up into the mountains, 'cause I have a place up in Mammoth. And I almost didn't go, but I also knew if I went up there that I would feel better. And immediately the next day, I slept really well. I you know, just being out in nature and the smells, it just calmed my nervous system down. And I felt so much better. So if you can't go to the mountains, or you can't get you know, just go out and get a walk every morning, without your headphones in without music or a podcast outside of this podcast, of course. But yeah, but it is so so important. So you talked about the five pillars that that you practice and teach in your coaching is that the radiant radiant balance system that you talked about? Or is that something different?

Speaker 1  
That's part of it. So the FDN is the base, the foundation that I gathered, so from the dress for health success, so FDN that's what they teach. The Radiant balance system is incorporating even more items. So more of the emotional body, I think the certification that I got from FDN, it lacked the emotional piece, that the depths that I would have liked it. And because it was almost like, once my vessel, got more vitality and more stability. I remember reading this book, breaking the habit of being yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza. And there was this really strange visual as I was reading it of my childhood, and it was like a trauma. And so I didn't have language around trauma or anything like that. I was like, Okay, I know what to eat. Now I know how to do these tests. I know blah, blah, blah. And I was like, Oh, that's interesting. And like a couple months later, it was like all of these emotions were coming up. And I felt like it was because I had the capacity or the universe was like, Okay, you have more stability. Now let's open this other door for you because you need it.

Laurie James  
Here's another layer to that onion. 

Falyn Morningstar  
Exactly, exactly. So I would say over the course of the next couple of years, I dove more into nervous system regulation, dove into somatic experiencing, and then another door opened up to the sound and using frequency to help influence our own body's frequency and kind of release what we need to release. So I think the radiant balanced system came to be what it is through combining all of these modalities and making it that multifaceted thing. And trying to make it balanced, right. We're not just talking about diet and nutrition, we're not just talking about weightlifting, we're not just talking about trying to make your body feel safe. Or we're not talking about just taking a supplement, right? We're talking about all of it in trying to give you the best guidance out there with these lab tests with regulating the emotional body as well. Because it's almost like my partner and I even we talk about this, it's every single ailment or physical thing that comes up stems from something emotional, that stuck, as you mentioned, Body Keeps the Score. And I think that was huge, and that it was missing and what my training was under. So that is how the radiant balanced system came to me.

Laurie James  
I love that. I love it. And it makes so much sense. So if somebody is listening right now and saying this all sounds great, but it sounds a little overwhelming. I have to work on all these different parts, my sleep, my food, my nervous system, my emotions, if somebody is experiencing fatigue or feeling off in some way, like what's one thing that you can suggest that they do? Maybe two if you have it that they can do like right now to help themselves. 

Falyn Morningstar  
Yeah, I don't know if any other guests mentioned this, but it's one that's free. It's one that's super easy that we all forget to do. And it is breathing. Yeah. So super simple. It's like, Oh, why is that even one of your suggestions, but it is because it again, free? It's automatic. And we need to make it more intentional, because that is going to help stimulate our vagus nerve that is going to help regulate us. And it's simple to do. And you can feel the benefit within two minutes. 

Laurie James  
Yeah, well, and I don't know if you've read this book called Breath by James Nestor? 

Falyn Morningstar  
Okay, I've heard of it. 

Laurie James  
You need to read it, it is all about the breath. So I love that you brought that up. Because we do need to put more focus on our breath. Our breath and the way we breathe has changed over time. And this book is so enlightening. I'll put the link in the show notes for people who are interested. My partner and boyfriend gave it to me for Christmas last year. And I was and it just talks about our nasal sinus and mouth and how it's all changed over time, based off of the foods we've eaten and, and how our world has become industrialized. It's fascinating. But so much of it is just about breathing and paying attention. And notice if you can breathe four or five counts in and then match that with four or five counts out. Because we do they about a year ago, maybe longer a year and a half ago, I realized that when I drove, I was holding my breath. And I think it stemmed from driving out to my parents every week or every other week for almost 14 years to take care of them. of like I don't want to go do I really have to my still taking care of that. And then just the tension of like everything that I'm dealing with. And then what I wrote about my book about the eight year period, I mean, I think I was kind of stuck somatically in a fight or freeze response depending and I held my breath. So I have been paying so much more attention to my breath. Since I've read this book. I highly, highly recommend. 

Speaker 1  
Yeah, I definitely have to read that. And what's interesting is that you say that it was on the way to your parents and I even noticed myself it was an observation of it was last year but it was like I held the breath at the dinner table. And I was eating Yeah, with the family. So I think-

Laurie James  
It's a bracing like whatever. There's something that happened at the dinner table. It was and there's so many things that happened in the court that I could talk about that I won't- One be one wanting to open the door and roll in tuck and roll several times towards the end of my marriage. Yeah. Yeah. But anyways, so yeah, go I'm Sorry, I interrupted you. 

Falyn Morningstar  
No, no, that's okay. But I totally agree with you with the bracing with being in the sympathetic. And it's almost like that's our state of being. But it doesn't have to be that way. But we are constantly trying to call on our adrenals. And they are not the main generator, right. So I think a lot of people are experiencing these thyroid issues. And I think that a lot of it is certainly expression using your voice, the energetic connection between the thyroid and using your voice, being a large part of my story, too. And it's like, these are all observations are all information for us to take in and be like, Oh, why why do I do that?

Laurie James  
Right? And be curious about it exactly. I think instead of why is this happening to me, which is also a shift in our pattern and a shift in our response of something of why is this happening to me instead of like, okay, maybe why is this happening for me?

Speaker 1  
I think also with the breath, you just reminded me, I wanted to make a second one of the curiosity, being a curious person, and not just being a victim. And I think nothing is wrong with being a victim some time, but have the awareness that you're doing that for yourself, right. And it really is mindset almost. So it's like the mindset of I'm going to breathe for two minutes in the morning, two minutes in the afternoon, intentionally, right, two minutes in at dinnertime, and then using that as fuel to create this habit of Oh, my gosh, I feel better after each time I do that, right. And it's like shifting your mind very slowly. But again, these are free things to help anybody start to not feel overwhelmed. 

Laurie James  
While in most of the somatic tools are free, right? I mean, like we can all do them. And what I would just add to that breathing. suggestion is, before you start notice the sensations in your body, and then after notice the difference, even if they're just ever so slight, and subtle. But notice that shift, notice the shift in your energy, notice the shift in any sensations you're feeling, where you're holding tension, where it softened, it all comes with awareness.

You are spreading awareness all over the place, and you are on a tour, can you tell our listeners a little bit more about that, and I do have listeners that are in the LA area, in California. So share a little bit more about what you're hoping to create in Southern California.

Absolutely. So listening to smile, which I mentioned is the sound portion of the radiant balance system. That is a company that has trademarked the term frequency minded music, and Ian Morris is the founder of that company, but she is my partner as well. And we have been touring. Originally, the intention was to go up the east coast, from Texas, we originated, and then we stopped in Georgia, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, and then Vermont. And then we also tapped into Michigan, and first time through Canada. So that's exciting. And so what we're doing is we're calling it the sole mission, Sonic meditation tour. And the whole intention is to help people realize what their sole mission is helping them tap back into their heart space, helping them to learn how to co create with spirit or whatever this higher power that this person anybody believes in, we're helping to give them the tools like we're talking about of not just being at this event for two, two and a half hours. But now you have the tools to know how to regulate yourself, you know, we're showing a somatic exercise here, we're going through a guided meditation, we instruct people on how to do a super fun and very simple creative writing exercise. You know, if you need to name a company name a project, or if you just need guidance from spirit like this is a beautiful exercise. So there's about three or four things that we're really showing you in the session in the event. And then so you can take those items along with you and then in addition to that, we also provide a big sale on Digital Albums. So listening to smile creates a new album, new digital album every single month that has about like seven or eight different tracks on it, and it's all frequency minded, which basically means is that it is very intentional how Ian creates this music, how he mixes it. We're incorporate like the tunings of the instruments are in a specific, like 432. Or there's 538 hertz that are used. And the reason behind that is because vibration, right is the whole world energy is everything right. And so it's almost like with the introducing of the 5g towers are introducing of the vibration that pesticides hold, or the vibration of blue light, and all has a certain energy to it, that's influencing our vessel to get out of balance, right. And so with this frequency, mind, and music, it's a great tool to help you in what you're already doing, and what-

You're almost like, we're an instrument, and this is helping to retune us to our normal frequency or normal tuning. So that way, we play our instrument in perfect tune.

You remember. Yeah, exactly. So that's the whole intention of doing these events. And like I said, originally, it was just the East Coast, but we got invited to the California area. So our home base for a little bit has been Pennsylvania. So we're actually and we were just talking about this, before we started, we're going to leave July 11 for St. Louis, Missouri, and then we're getting up into Denver, Colorado, on the 16th of July, the 18th will be in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and then Sedona, we're actually going to be at Shine Sedona, which is a huge center, they're having their two year anniversary at that exact same time. So it's going to be a beautiful experience for all of us. And then the 21st, we're going to be in LA, so station there for about two and a half weeks. And so we're trying to make connections and build out different venues there. But our biggest intention is that we're actually going to have a larger workshop, so not just two and a half hours, but it might be four or five hours, to really be with people one on one and to help them you know, we're even educating about frequency and its importance, how body organ frequencies can support your liver and detoxifying, how it can aid in the protocols that maybe a functional health practitioner already doing. So it's super exciting. It's very fun work. And if you don't mind, I can like give you the link. So people want to check out.

Yeah, it will definitely put the link to all this in the show notes. So if anybody's in any of those areas, and for those of you who are in LA, and I am traveling for part of that time that you're going to be in LA but I definitely want to attend one of your events, if assuming I know you're still working on the timing of it. But yeah, I want to attend one of those if it works out with my schedule. So yeah, so thank you for that. And just in closing, what's a confession that you'd like to share with our listeners that maybe we haven't touched on yet?

Yeah. So I think over the last couple of years, I've definitely gained a lot of knowledge about health. And I just, I want to be relatable to anybody in the future that I work with, or just to your audience into your community is that, you know, nobody is perfect. It's almost like nobody has all of the answers right away, each one of us are on the same journey. So by no means do I want to portray myself as perfect or know everything. But I think the connections that we make, you know, with Laurie and I, or even with the other FDN practitioners and that whole network, it's like, if I don't know the answer, I will be able to get you the answer from a network of people that I have. So I think it's not being this egotistical, like No at all, but it's like, I know confidently that I am a good guide, and that I can help people. So it's like-

Laurie James  
Well, in different things resonate with different people, right. So if this resonates with somebody, I mean, definitely reach out. And depending on where somebody is, like they might not, you know, maybe they just need a piece of it. Maybe they just like want to check out this frequency offering that you guys you know, this tour that you're doing or just like, feel things out. And I always say, take what works for you and leave the rest, right? Because it's like read to me, it's like reading a book. I don't know if you've ever read, you know, a spiritual book or even like watched a movie several times, and then you get different things each time you watch it. You know, I think that that's part of what you know, being on this journey is is like, Okay, I'm ready to receive this information. This is what I can handle and then maybe next time around, oh, I can go a little deeper and then the next time around, go even deeper.

Exactly. And like trusting that process, right? Yeah. And I think something that's super big that I definitely want to drive home is that you are your best health advocate. Yeah, you know-

You really listen to to your body, and listen to the messages that are coming up. And our bodies are always communicating with us. Yeah, what's going on? And I think we really need to listen to that more from a health standpoint, from a nervous system standpoint all have it. So thank you so much for being here, Falyn.
